Contact with active zinc eliminates Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (including Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, and E. coli).

Zinc inhibits the formation of biofilm inside the housing. It prevents the growth of bacterial flora and eliminates the risk of microbiological corrosion, which can weaken the structural integrity of the housing and potentially cause damage. This significantly extends the product’s lifespan.

For more effective protection, we recommend using the PS PROTECT or GAC NS cartridge.

The housing can be used as a single filter directly on the pipe or as a filter system in a series configuration. The housing head is equipped with a vent to facilitate cartridge replacement. The filter should be installed after a shut-off valve and a pressure reducer.

Note: Not suitable for microbiologically contaminated water. The cloudiness of the housing is due to the applied antibacterial technology.
